Planning the future

Firstly, we would like to thank everybody who attended our gig last night at Brugg. We had a lot of fun on the stage. A big thank goes also to Damir and Gonoreas. That was well done.

And then we have to add another message:
Next friday, we are going to play our last gig for this year and a longer time. We are going to the attic (yes to the attic and not to the cellar) for a couple of months and will be back right before the end of 2011.

Metal Night ZAK with Soulline

Soulline will join us at the Metal Night at ZAK in Jona. The entry fee stays the same, but now you get three bands for the same money. So you get three bands for ten bucks. Come join us then.

Metalcamp the second

We are back! Since monday we are back in Switzerland. Metalcamp was absolutely amazing once more. The weather was great, the vibes was fantastic and we made several new friends and fans. That's what life should be.

We hope to be able to present you some impressions soon. Till then we are going to work on our fothcoming album and keep you informed.

We are departing to Tolmin this evening. In one week we will be back with lots of great impressions from Slovenia and wish you a pleasant week.

Piccadilly Brugg

On friday, 25th june, we are going to play at Piccadilly in Brugg together with Atlas & Axis. Entry is CHF 15.- and the doors open at 19.00. There is also going to be a big screen thus you can watch football WM live. Move your asses to Brugg and enjoy a kick-ass Metal-football evening.

Mic Check at OX 8th may and more

This saturday it's time for another gig. We are going to play at Mic Check at OX Zofingen. Entrance fee is petty CHF 5.-! There will be also different bands from different genres playing as well. In the same time concerts will also be held at Jugendtreff Planet-Z. You have access to both locations! That's a thing you can't miss! For further information visit: oxx.ch

Then there is also another thing we would like to tell you: Another Line-Up change will happen. Marco and Men are leaving Zyanide due to time and privat reasons. We already found two gifted and highly motivated successors. Manuel (lead guitar) and Julian (bass) bring along spiritedness and new ideas. Our two fledglings are going to play their first gig with Zyanide this saturday at Mic Check! We are looking forward to experiencing a new chapter in our band history. And we would like to thank Marco and Men for their dedication within the past months and wish them all the best for their future.

METALCAMP

Yes, you read right. Zyanide is going to play at Metalcamp in Tolmin, Slovenia, again. You will have the opportunity to buy your ticket at ours for a fair price. When, how and at which cost you will come to know right here.

Furthermore, two concerts together with Gonoreas were confirmed. One is going to take place on 11th december at a location that is not yet confirmed, the other one is going to be Heavy X-Mas in Klosters on 18th december. Heavy X-Mas is taking place for the third time.

Zyanide at Radio Kanal K

This saturday, 31.10.2009, we will be heared at "Taktlos" on Radio Kanal K together with HAK. It is a one-hour broadcast with interviews about our new CD and other stuff. But as it is a Swiss radiostation it is all in german. The same broadcast is going to be published on Rockstation.ch and on our website too.

Stalker.cd has written a CD-Review about our debut album:

„The Beast is Released“ is the first release of the young Swiss band Zyanide. Without the support of a label the five guys recorded this album last year and they put a lot of effort into it. The Thrash metallers prove on their record that they are creative and even dare to try something new. Already the first track “The Price to Pay” shows that the band has grown up when it comes to songwriting and realizing song ideas. Vocally, Daniel Broszeit convinces on this record, here and there he could get the songs across a bit more aggressive or raw but the overall concept of the band is just right. Thus, “The Beast is Released” should find its way also into your record shelf if you like thrash. With some poetry Zyanide thank their fans and friends for their support. (8/10)

Openair Castelmur

First we would like to thank all of you that rocked the stage with us in Pfäffikon and Sumiswald. It was a lot of fun and we really enyojed it (see here for pictures). We're looking forward to performing the upcoming concerts and see you there banging your head.

After this exhausting weekend we're proud to announce a new concert. We're going to rock the stage at Openair Castelmur in Stampa on 11 july. If anyone is interested in joining us there send us a mail and we'll see if we can arrange a ride to Stampa.

Doubleconcert

We are going to play a second concert on 16 may along with the one at Break the Silence. Together with Crypt we will rock the Terra - House of Rock in Pfäffikon (SZ). New concerts

As you may have seen, there are a few new concerts announced. Zyanide is going to play at Break the Silence Festival on 16 may at Chäschäuer in Sumiswald (BE) and we're going to release our first CD on 19 september at Improvisorium Huttwil (BE) together with Nihilo and Radwaste. More information to this concerts will follow.

Then, we are going to play at Emergenza Bandcontest at Sommercasino in Basel (BS) on 20 march. You can buy tickets for this event at Zyanide's for CHF 18.-, therefore just send an email with your adress and phonenumber to time@zyanide.com. We're looking forward to seeing you there supporting us and wish you a lot of fun on our concerts.

New band member

We are proud to introduce our new lead guitarist to you. Men Dellagiovanna is rehearsing with Zyanide since last december. We are all looking forward to playing concerts with him and the time we will spend together. He is a really great dude and we hope you will also have some fun with him.

Different news

First we would like to thank everybody who was supporting us on our concert at OX in Zofingen yesterday evening. A big thank goes also to Axel, Cyrill and the whole OX Team for the great organisation and sound.

There is an other news. Some of you may have perceived that Zyanide were only four people on stage instead of five. The matter is, that the band decided to split up with Marko because of reasons we'll not mention here. It happened sudden but without any doubt.

We would like to thank Marko for the time we played together and we wish him all the best for his future musical projects and his privat live.

And at the end a positive news: we're going to play a concert on 20 december at Kulturschuppen in Klosters (GR). There are also Flame In The Darkness, Rockeyes and Set The Destroyer going to play. Entry fee will be twelve francs and the doors are going to open at 19:00. Find more information here.
